The six flaws in the laws described in ¶3 stem from firsthand observations and hard-earned experience within systems that too often reward obstruction over honesty. Those exposed to these internal contradictions know that justice frequently hinges not on truth, but on resources and endurance.
Requite Foundation was formed to counteract those pressures by creating an avenue where integrity is supported rather than punished, where expert evidence is accessible, and where individuals confronting legal power imbalances can receive principled and dignified assistance.

How We Restore Justice
Our Mission
The Requite Foundation was created to foster access to justice and overcome barriers to getting a suit heard.
Constitutional & Procedural Justice
- Reclaim the full protection of the Seventh Amendment’s civil jury trial guarantee that has eroded since 1993
- Compress administrative remedy periods and forums that delay retaliated whistleblowers’ jury trials
- Restore to judges the ancient authority to reach a res ipsa loquitur finding, which if granted makes Daubert Hearings optional for the prevailing party
Support for Truth-Tellers
- Encourage relators with stay-the-course grants when their qui tam filings receive a declination letter
- Assist whistleblowers defined as people who sustained illegal reprisals for believing the written law means what it says
- Protect integrity and support individuals facing retaliation for speaking truth to power
Financial & Expert Barriers Removed
- Make grants to finance Daubert Hearings for those otherwise unable to afford them
- Prohibit means testing that bars individuals from filing suit or proceeding with civil actions
- Assist anyone (defendant or plaintiff) denied access to courtroom justice for financial reasons
Knowledge & Accountability
- Curate the Evaded Responsibilities Database—an intellectually rigorous dataset assembled under attorney-client privilege and end-to-end encryption, searchable by ZIP Code, documenting cases where access to justice was denied on financial grounds
Neutral Advocacy
- Gain recognition as a neutral third-party deconfliction agent to receive costs and penalties in lieu of their being ordered paid to lawsuit opponents
- Pursue any and all other activities consistent with our 501(c)(3) public charity status
